While in my Senate and Treasurer offices Ms. Dycus lead our successful legislative efforts to reform Oregon’s Health Care system, to protect and preserve some of Oregon’s most unique and special places, and protect Oregon’s public investments after the financial meltdown of 2008.

In addition, along the way she has managed three of my election campaigns. No more trust can be bestowed to an individual than to run a political campaign. She remains my closest confidant and advisor in large part due to her extraordinary loyalty to myself and our team.

Stacey has a genius for anticipation, tone, messaging, staff management, how to manage press relations, and political planning. She is affable, brilliant, and is always two steps ahead of everyone else, both in anticipating what is coming and in fresh approaches to presentation. Nationally recognized, this may be the most underappreciated expert in the business of politics. I'm a huge fan with a front-row seat. I've seen her work miracles.

Stacey knows that running a campaign is about so much more than shaking hands at the county fair. It is about fund raising, fieldwork, volunteer recruitment, coordination of letters to the editor, developing relationships with media members, and keeping the campaign team on message. Stacey and her team are top notch and I recommend them unreservedly.
